I am a 36 year old male and am disabled. I at the request of the company owner I loaned Panther Mountain Pavers 50,000 dollars, with a signed contract. At this moment they owe me close to 70.000 dollars with no collections to date from Clarence Peck. owner Clearence Peck now refuses to make good on his contract, what kind of company would a disabled man with 5 kids to feed?

This money is very badly needed as I struggle every day to keep a roof over my childrens heads and food in their stomachs. I legally persued this matter and no justice has been done yet. But i have recieved several threats from owner Clarence Peck. All i want is what anyone else would, my money back. Mr. peck claims to be unemployed at this time but he has had numorous contract jobs for the village, school, and a few other places around the community. He has redone his home and drives around in new vechicles while i struggle month to month to make ends meet.

Mr. Peck admitted in an open village court to the threats he made to me and no action was taken by the court. I fight every day to keep my home and a roof over my childrens heads and food in there stomachs, i can no longer afford legal representation, I ask you wheres the justice here..

Cindy, You are another fine example of the wonderful Tupper Lake education system. >>>sarcasm off<<< My question is, despite what Lou does around town, does Clarence owe him the money? What a fun little village you folks live in!
