Complaint Review: Panther Valley Elementary Wrestling - Nesquehoning Pennsylvania

I am a concerned parent of a wrestler of the Panther Valley Area. My son finished the year and never received his trophy. Enclosed are emails that were sent to the wrestling program asking for addresses and telephone numbers on where the portraits could be mailed to. I was told that I could press civil charges against them....

Along with these emails there is stuff that no parent would want their child to go through. I know for a fact that two of the coaches were questioned about drugs. one of which was stuck in the high school until 10pm when the head coach called to see if we heard from him and to meet him at the school. To our suprise he was getting in his car when he arrived. He had his nephew with him all that time. I seen with my own two eyes someone almost got hung by a rope hanging in the gym. I seen coaches use bad language against the kids and inappropriate touching.

So, to everyone who may not have not pictures. Let it be know here are the emails requesting addresses etc.... Let it be known that in no way shape or form is this program affilited with the school! They also charged admission which was against school policy along with 50/50 tickets. When questioned by the athletic director it was all lied about. Let's remeber they were kicked out of the elementary school. Oh, and they had no gaming license. Who were the officers of this program? Where were the by-laws, where was the ethic? Half of the kids who paid did not get to even wrestle. Everyone has flaws!

Yesterday was the pool party... I was just wondering when my son would be receiveing his trophy as he finished the season along with everyone else. Whatever happened has not a thing to do with him. You can mail it if necessary. Please let me know when I should expect it.

he did great this year and is an awesome kid. molly has his trophy and is glad to give it to you. what's with all the hostility? should have come to the party. all the kids had fun. you all were more than welcome to come. no one ever said you weren't invited.

There is no hostillity...I am sorry if you took it the wrong way. We were under the impression from Molly we were not invited per her emails to us. Please let me know when someone can pick it up or drop it off either way...Doesn't matter. I hope everyone had a great time.

Today is April 29, 2008 and have yet to get satisfaction over the portrait situation and also my son's trophy. Enclosed are the emails that were sent previously with no sucess along with several letters... All I am asking for is some addresses and my son's trophy....

There would be no situation with the portraits if they were developed and distributed in a professional and timely matter.

I had made several attempts to resolve the portrait situation. I have just left a message on your home phone asking for the addresses. I hope this can get resolved as soon as possible.

Whatever happened, happened. I am sorry for anything that I may have done to offend you, Ed or Molly in any way. I want to make sure that you realize that I am a hard worker and try to do the best for everyone.

I have given you many opportunities to reply to my messages and letters. With no response I have no choice than to send this letter certified. Enclosed are the copies of emails and letters. I have asked now on several occasions for addresses for the portraits to be mailed out. I have still not had a response. I have had several people ask me run me down about these portraits although they have not seen the emails and letters that were sent to you and Molly regarding this issue. I would appreciate some cooperation in this matter.

I have also asked for my sons trophy and have still to get that either. I was told by Nikki that Molly had it (see email). I spoke to Molly and she said Nikki and Ed has it and that she would speak to them on the matter. I still have no response.

That being said, I would greatly appreciate some help. I have done my part and have had no response to any of my letters or emails. Please email or call me with any information that you may have.
