I submitted to Papers Helm on October 13th, 2015 payment for a paper to be written for my Bible Class and stated to them that it was due no later than 10:59pm Central Time on October 16th, 2015. I stated this on more than one occasion on October 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th 2015. They had all the necessary instructions and my Professor graded and approved topic and outline. They not only did not follow my outline and use my sources they didn't even stick with the topic. I received the first paper at around 8:30pm Central time on October 16th, 2015. Upon downloading it soon realized I could not use the paper. It not only resembled something written by a 12 year old but it was completely off topic and didn't even use the outline I gave them. It was too late, I received a 0 for the paper grade. Then suddenly receive another revision on Monday October 19th or at least another notice of the revision possibly. On top of this some Mr. Freddie Roach has slapped me in the face with the offer of 50% refund and 60% off future purchases. Sorry but who in their right mind would do business this way. I compare what they did to having work done on your car. If the wrong part is used or not done properly or you agree to use one brand and they use another you wouldn't pay for it. I want my FULL 100% refund. I paid them $100.50 and then $10.00 more because they didn't have the right due date on the original order. Their sales guys insured that the original paper would be received 100% accurate. Their end of the deal was not held.

I have since filed complaints and disputes with Paypal, Federal Trade Commission, the New Jersey Attorney General Office (consumer affairs), the company itself and now RIPOFF.

Also attached below is my original complaint to the company:

On Tuesday October 13th, 2015 I signed up with your company to have a Final Submission of a paper done in my Bible Class with Liberty University.
 
On that day I paid to your company over $100.00 plus another $10.00 to have the paper submitted to me on Friday October 16th, 2015.  I explained that the paper had to be turned in no later than 10:59PM on this date or I would fail the class and receive a ZERO for the paper.
 
I emailed many times, chatted with people many times asking about the status of my paper.
 
1) The email responses I would receive seemed as if they were always the same exact answer.
 
2) People at the Online Chat level basically said they had notified the writer.
 
3) Calling your phone number is useless.  Doesn't matter where I call it from it says its transferring you to an agent and hangs up.
 
I brought all of this up in a couple of emails and chats.
 
Upon receiving the paper I began examining the paper.  There was MAJOR issue with the paper. 
 
1) It did not follow the guidelines within the perimeters that I had emailed on Tuesday October 13th, 2015 nor did it have anything to do with the topic to which I my outline that had been approved by the Professor was about.   Had the guidelines and my outline I supplied been looked at and followed the paper would have come to me with the proper writing.
 
2) This paper received had grammatical errors throughout and was missing major pieces of the paper such as the Thesis Statement.  Had the writer taken time to spell check and grammar check the writer would have found the many mistakes that lay within the paper.
 
3) On Friday October 16th I began getting very very concerned as I had not heard anything about the paper.  I emailed very early in the morning stating to whomever that I was really wanting the paper to be made available to me for the simple fact that if something was wrong there would be time to fix it.  It was not until 5:30pm on October 16th (mind you the due date to which you were very aware) I was told it would be emailed to me within 2 hours.  When it was not to me in 2 hours I emailed again.  I was told it would be to me in 30 minutes.  It was still sent past that 30 minutes.   And unfortunately was sent with the above issues.
 
I am requesting at this time that you refund my FULL amount to rectify this situation within 48-72 hours of the receipt of this email. 
 
I am one unpleased customer and I will vow to never used Paper Helms again and I will not be referring anyone I know to use Paper Helms either.  What was promised and told to me was not done.  The quality of work your website and your sales team speaks of was not quality work.  The customer service doesn't seem to be top notch.  And the writing is obviously very poor quality.

Figured out how Papers Helm avoids the laws in the United States and the threat of turning them in to any governing authority or a Lawyer sending them a letter.



They do not have a physical office in the good old USA! They are in the United Kingdom.  Convenient.   

This is verified through LinkedIn.

So the only way to fight them here in the USA is throug a Paypal Dispute and pray they don't answer the dispute so you get your money back.
