Complaint Review: Papillon 4U Phyllis Summerfield - Orange Grove Texas

I told Devil's Advocate that this person is a breeder that I had made angry in the past. Now they have finally come out under their own name. I would like to speak with "Ron" (who we know is ficticious because this exact same word for word report shows up about Phyllis all over the net but under different names!): Ron, I have personally dealt with Phyllis. I have read what you said about her. I am here to tell what I know about her. She has one male and three female papillons, she also does have some horses. Her papillons sleep with her or her daughter. They are crated only when necessary. They are allowed outside only with supervision. I want you to tell me how that constitutes a "puppy mill"!!! You (whoever you are and I suspect you are a frustrated and very unhappy papillon breeder) are a coward hiding behind the internet to attack many different papillon breeders (check it out people, this same report word for word has been used against many different reputable papillon breeders, not just this one). That's how I know you are a hateful bitter papillon breeder. No one else would have a reason to try to ruin the reputation of other pap breeders. Shame on you for making all these horrible claims against a perfectly nice lady for no reason other then to get rid of your competition! Do unto others....... Any potential puppy buyer reading this report or others like it: don't believe garbage like this, put on the internet anonymously, without any proof to back up the claims. What "Ron" has done is AGAINST THE LAW. Go personally check out the breeder, do your own homework. If you like what you see, buy a puppy. If you don't like what you see, leave! If you are cheated by any breeder, take them to small claims court and let the judge decide who is right and who is wrong by all the evidence in the case. DO NOT JUDGE SOMEONE WITHOUT PROOF! Truth and proof mean nothing to "Ron". Hang in their Phyllis, don't let garbage like that upset you. Normal well adjusted people will see it for what it is.

No, this is not a company that I have had dealings with. The person/persons i had in mind is listed on here too. I have dealt with many breeders, and potential buyers. I don't think any of them would have done this. Although I find this a very interesting development, I am too busy with my life to concern myself over this anymore. It's obvious that someone is out to slander the papillon breeders. All I can say at this point is, "you reap what you sow".

Do you think this is a person out to undermine MOST Papillon breeders? Well this same person copied and pasted my report to other sites. One site pulled the complaint because they obviously felt something was wrong .... as they stated there were several reasons why. I'm not sure what's going on, but it does seem that someone is out to mess with the majority of Papillon breeders. Sites such as this one only makes it easy for people to hide behind an anonomous name to slander people. Maybe it is another breeder and they just can't take the competition of another breeder that is as good or beeter than them.

I bought a dog from Phyllis and went out to her place to purchase her. Rob is telling lies. I don't know why he wants to hurt someone with these lies. She does not have a puppy mill nor a kennel. Her dogs live in her home as part of the family. Her place is very nice and she loves her dogs and so does her daughter. I went to the site where she supposedly stole her contract and on one page, their sales contract page, they state that they put a copy of their contract on the web so that people could download a contract similiar to theirs. All you have to do is a google search to find these sales contract. Phyllis told me that is what she did for her contract. Which tells me she is pretty smart, as well as nice. Therefore, more of Rob's lies exposed.

This person has not been to my place to see how or where my puppies are being raised. They know nothing about my home nor about me. I do not have a puppy mill nor kennel. I only have one or two litter per year. My puppies and dogs are raised in our home. No dog has ever been hurt nor abused at my home. They are loved and cared for as you would love and care for them. The report they filed on me is liable, slanderous lies. I believe the culprit of this report is a companny i reported to a puppy site, called Puppy Find. I have testimonials from some people that have bought dogs from me. One lady even came back and bought a second dog from me. A review and some questions. What matters is what someone can back up and what they are willing to put in writing. First, I am always weary of a breeder whom does not give breed information and does not offer the cons' of the breed, and what may make this breed not right for everyone. Always be weary of a breeder whom makes their breed sound perfect'. They may discuss this later though after contact. If they do this and you can just automatically buy a puppy though, it's probably not a good idea. $95 for a microchip? Does that include registration of the chip? There are different prices for limited or unlimited registration. The site does not say if a buyer must meet any qualifications to purchase unlimited rights. She does not however use any of the terms like teacup, pocket, micro, whatever which usually mean run the other way fast :-). Even if she used wording from another breeder's contract, she would have to back it up. It is a compliment I think, I would take it as one at least. As long as they are not using pics and info of the other person's dogs and passing it off as theirs and/or being generally dishonest and unethical. If it's a good contract, other people using it or parts of it might help raise the standard, wouldn't it? Is Forever Papillon's site showpaps dot com? If so, they are pretty different in appearance I think. Or is it a different one? I found no mention of any health testing of the adults on the site or in the contract though? 3 days initially and 1 year life threatening hereditary disease. Buyers may want to get in writing what things this breeder considers to be life threatening and under what circumstances before signing this contract. Buyers responsibilities and what they must do and what their option(s) are, are explained pretty clearly. Papers on a limited animal will not be received until proof of spay or neuter is provided. Also has some health recommendations and beliefs for this specific breed written into the contract. A little interesting that hypoglycemia and care is not mentioned. It is possible she hasn't had a reason to put it in there yet though. Unable to verify most of your statements through the site. If you only spoke to her on the phone as indicated, how do you know she was lying and what she was lying about and what goes on at her home and what her breeding practices are and everything else? If you have only spoke to her on the phone as indicated where is your information coming from if she was telling you otherwise? Or did you actually go there and meet her and review her paperwork? Is there more to the story? Or have you somehow gotten involved in a breeder war? Are you affiliated with Forever Papillon somehow? Is there another site besides papillon4u? I saw no claim of health testing in the contract, nothing about horses or anything else, no claim of showing or show quality dogs or pups, only that her dogs have champions in their lines. This would be apparent by viewing the pedigrees. No mention of her breeding program. What is the basis of your statements and your opinion that she is a puppy mill? Does she have only the 4 dogs pictured on the site in her breeding program? Is there some way to verify that she regularly and knowingly produces pups with problems and doesn't care? Are there other complaints before this you can direct me to? I am wondering where your information is coming from and looking for some clarification and verifiable information. There are always two sides to every story. *just my opinions*
