This company "sells" software downloads.One of their products is an anti-virus software that I unfortunately downloaded that was useless with a virus I got on my computer that affected the registry settings. The whole computer had to be wiped clean the software was a joke. 12 months later, I got another two charges on my credit card for licensing fees of $9.97 and $29.97. I don't even have that download - never worked and now must contact my bank, "Safecart.com" and "ParentLogic" for a credit (hopefully). This kind of internet business practice keeps EVERYONE from ever doing any eBusiness - ever again. DNH

I apologize if you have experienced any difficulties. In regards to the charges you have received they are probably in regards to a automatic renewal that was on your account from the purchased you made last year.
SafeCart has sent out 2 emails one 30 days and 7 days prior to the automatic renewals going through. I apologize if you did not receive these emails. With in those emails you had the option to opt out of the renewal that was placed onto your account.
