9229. XOFTSPYSE xoftspyse I fell for the fix your computer now for free header that they list online under "absolutely free spyware remover". I was not dumb I didnt type in free scan . And lo and behold their program found 1,400 problems and when i hit the option of "fix it " I was redirected to a buy it for $39.90 to fix these dangers page. I hunted a little deepr and found bluesquad.com whom offered this same program xoftspyse XOFTSPYSE for $19.95 not a mail order company it is available for immediate download once you pay them I entered my license key code and it worked for 1 day then would not work any longer I tried calling blue squad, after 6 different numbers and being on hold 30 minutes each time I got a new license key and it still wouldnt work . Thanks to this site and another poster I found the phone number for xoftspyse/ paretologic . they tried blame it on the software provider, told me I had to call them (bluesquad.com) but then admitted to me that they had sold these codes to blue squad in 2006 (?) and finally told me they were doing me a favor and gave me a new code but this took 2 phone calls and 3 1/2 hours and receiving 2 emails from their customer support prior to this so .... maybe paying paretologic $39.90 would have saved me the hassle or ?? pareto logic is selling codes to vendors and making them look like the bad guy . but you can definitely call paretologic direct at 250 370 9229 and their reps are live and they are open late til midnight CST and if you fight for it you can get a helpful representative as well dont let them give you the run a round like they did me.
