ParetoLogic RegCure - RevenueWire Registry cleaner was identified as a trojan downloader by my reputable firewall/antimalware Victoria, British Columbia
Somehow I fell for the fake customer reviews and decided to try this regcure registry cleaner. Immediately I lost control of my mouse and my computer went haywire. I ran a scan and the exe file was identified as a trojan downloader. It took hours to get my computer stable again. I had paid for 2 one-time liceses and was charged for 3 annual reccurring-charge licenses. I contacted Paypal immediately and filed a dispute. Of course they never heard back from the company.
I have since filed a report against them with www.ic3.gov and with the Canadian Better Business Bureau. BEWARE! You might get your registry cleaned all right, cleaned of integral files. And you'll get your wallet cleaned at the same time. I guess it is a two-for-one deal!
The founder, Adrian Pereira, also has a company called RevenueWire,Inc. I would urge anyone ripped off by this company to also file complaints with the BBB and ic3.gov to help stop them from ripping off other people.

Gosh Laura,
I guess I must have jumped the gun or not waited enough weeks. After you failed to reply to my dispute via PayPal (PayPal contacted you about this dispute a week ago, and to date you have not replied) and failed the reply to the 8 emails I sent to your helpdesk email address, I went ahead and filed a report with the BBB of Canada. That, and this posting, seems to be the only way to get an answer from you folks at Paretologic. And because of all the hundred something reports here about the phone number and address being fake and because neither PayPal nor I managed to get a reply at the same addresses people claim are fake, I dug up your "other" address at the BBB site.
I bought two licenses and was charged for 3 recurring ones. I took a chance because of your 55-day money-back guarantee. Shall I show you a screen shot of your guarantee?
It is not yet 55 days. I would like order number PTLC-U110110-65UZY refunded immediately at the amount of 59.95. That is my final answer. :-)
