Parma Car Care Specialists - Fred Cirny Intimdation attempt at auto theft ripoff malicious prosecution Parma Ohio
On 10/16/06, I took my car to Parma Car Care Specialists to have the brakes looked at. I dropped the car off at 1:30, as I was told over the phone that it would be a good time. The man at the counter told me that they would get to it later, since the mechanics were at lunch. I did tell him that I wanted him to call me first, before I gave an approval to have work done on the car. He called later and told me how much it would cost for the rear brakes, which he claims were cracked, he verbally quoted me $160. and I told him that it was too high and I would be retrieving the car later in the afternoon, he said "okay". I went to pick up my car with my young children, and when I got to his shop, he refused to give me the keys to my car, he said I owed him $19.95. I disputed that, and said I did not owe him anything. He never said there was any charge beforehand, at any time.
He continued saying " I know people like you" , not sure what he meant. I kept telling him he has to give me the keys, and he kept refusing. He came within an inch of my face yelling at me, I thought he would hit me, so I went out the door, and I called the police and when they arrived I told them what had happened. They went in an told him to give me my keys, at which point, he fabricated a story to them, and he said that I had damaged his desk. He was going to file a false police report, and maliciously prosecute me, then he recanted his story to the police, as they let him know that he would be violating the law if his report was not true! The police did give me my keys, and I do have my car now. This man, and I am assuming he is the owner of the Parma Car Care Specialists, should not be running any business. He is a liar, and a thief! Forewarn any potential customers of this business and the bullying tactics of the owner!This whole episode, in trying to get my car back, took over an hour and a half.I had my car repaired at this same place one other time,and spent over $300!

I will not spend a lot of time on all her nonsense that was written. Bottom line is she stole from my company and when I confronted her about it she started with the "Mf bombs". I asked her nicely not use that kind of language 3 seperate times especially when she was here with a young child. This just irritated her more in which she lunged over the counter at me, breaking the counter. That is when I called the police to have her removed. I am more concerned about her child than her stealing from me.
