I contact Lisa Borella from advertising on internet craigs list. "Deep cleaning". Company name: Partners against Grime
I called this woman who was eager to give a phone quote of $150.00 to clean my empty home. We set up an appointment for her to come and clean my home that was empty and ready to be placed on market to sell. When she arrived (with Jerod) she stated she "was ill and would not be able to do it today and will come back in the morning". She asked if she could walk through my home to see what work it will need. She then said it will be $300.00 and "we will wipe down all the fans, blinds, walls, drawers, doors, base boards and floors and the cleaning will be all appliances and bathrooms. This conversation was wittnessed. (I was shampooing the carpets and vacuumming the baseboards and the appliances were new and CLEAN).
She knew I had moved out of town and she asked that I leave the $300.00 cash in the drawer and key outside and she would be back in the am.
Later this Thursday August 13, 2015 after leaving my HOME, CASH and KEY as planned, she contacted me and said she is still SICK and can she come and clean on Sunday am. I told her no, that it needed to be cleaned prior as my realtor would be there Sunday morning. She stated, "no problem I will come on SUNDAY and be gone before the realtor arrives". Lisa Borella did not know when my realtor was coming and insisted she would be done before the realtor would arrive.
On August 16, she texted me: "Hey did what we could. BIG JOB! the blinds need to be taken down n sprayed. Needs painting as you know." I responded "no, contractors and realtors had already suggested my home did not need any painting".
I returned to my home to check on conditions of cleaning and it was deplorable and MONEY gone. Walls, baseboards and light switches remain soiled and uncleaned. Floors not mopped, Blinds minimally wiped. I texted her and asked to be reimbursed $150.00 via postal money order and certified mail by 5:00 pm September 3, 2015. She responded "R U KIDDING ME, OUT OF TOWN ON TRAGEDY!!!!! WHERE IS UR HEART NOT W/GOD OBVIOUSLY!!! SO00 sad will pray 4 u!!!" This was the last I heard.

She did the exact thing to me! I paid over $200 (although she tried to up it to $300 when she get to my house and i refused) for a "deep clean" and didn't even perform what I would expect In a regular cleaning. She didn't vacuum my couch, wipe down the sliding glass door or dust under the beds. I had hard water build up on my shower, and she said she couldn't get it off, as in she didn't even try. My new cleaner got it off in just a normal cleaning visit. She was at My house for less than 2 1/2 hours when my new cleaner was at my house for over 3 for a REGULAR cleaning. She also complained the entire time about how much it needed a cleaning - I KNOW that's why I hired you! The house wasn't even "dirty", it was just due for a deep clean. Lisa was terrible, I would NEVER use her again.
