I purchased this warranty for auto parts that I bought from Rector Motors of Burlingame, CA.  When the part failed after the 12 month factory warranty, I thought "Great, I've got an aftermarket warranty".  That was in May 2016....the claim has still not been finalized now in October 2016.

Getting anyone at PartProtection, Trademotion and/or Rector Motors to help with this claim is a joke.  They all just say they have to talk to someone else, or that it is the other companies issue.

Stay away from these rip-off artists.

My name is Chris Rand, and I'm the president of PartProtection. First, I apologize for any trouble that you had filing a claim. I don't know any of the details, but would very much like for you to call me directly at 888-545-6269 X1 so that I can personally try to fix the problem.  PartProtection has been in business since 2011 and this is the first problem with a claim that I've become aware of, and hopefully I can make sure it is the last problem.
