Partsguy is not a real business the have conflicting business operation if looked close at between there voice recordings, website design, and operation procedures which I did not at first pick up on. David who is the president accounted , the salesman will be your point of contact. After the sale is complete your contact with them will be cut off. You will most likely not receive your part and will need to call credit card company for dispute. 

This is the chance of online ordering when you don't do any investigating. 

My research shows from the different complaint blogs identical complaint.

 Ripoff report does not remove a complaint I tried to remove it. Now Partsguy.com is retaliating with false claims. Ripoff report does not even have such policy to remove complaint, once a complaint is written it must be corrected with an edit edition. At the time of the complaint, my description was accurate of the complaint, however, this writer after receiving emails and voicemail with the owner Dave felt an edit would be fair.

Understanding of the owner to be upset does not warrant a bold face LIE to discredit this writer. Small business or big business online purchases has its risk and to maintain confidence with the buyer, the seller must be diligent to follow through with the sale and ANSWER PHONES AND RESPOND TO EMAILS so as not to give the impression hundreds of dollars gone down the drain.

Partsguy.com rather than own up to the issue and correct it for future business is displaying poor manners and reveling the character of his business practice. I have emails of him apologizing and explaining why they neglected to attend to there business during my attempt to communicate with them with after the sale of this part.

 There are no issues with partsgut.com , the carrier lost or misplaced the parts I ordered. The owner Dave was very apologetic for this delay. Partsguy.com is not at fault and was very helpful with resolving the issue. I overreacted to the situation. Thank you

This complaint makes no sense. We've been in business since 1996 as a Michigan Corporation.  The author of this wrote us and offered to take down this make up complaint if we paid them.
