Pasco Hernando State College Pasco-Hernando Community College fake, uncaring. catalog full of pretend students with fake smiles, small town yokel college New Port Richey Florida
I was student at PHSC part time for 3 years. I had almost completed my AA degree. When I was on my last term and last course, I was not given the correct amount of time to complete the final exam due to administrative error. I ended up with a D, therefore I did not graduate. I waited to talk to the head of this department for over 2 months. He did not do anything except bring up the fact that I failed several courses in 1989 at another college. I did not see what bad grades from 25 years ago, had to do with the present situation. I guess that made him feel that this final exam rip off was justified.
Imagine that. PHSC is full of phoney administrators and others who play favorites, but the average student does not have much chance to make it. Their catalog is filled with pictures of students who all have the same fake, plastic smiles. They seem to be only interested in certain types there. This has been the biggest rip-off that I have experienced anywhere.

I had been upset with PHSC AT THE TIME I WROTE REPORT, BUT AS THE BAD FEELIGS WENT AWAY, I DID FIND A LOT OF CARING REA PEOPLE. I HAD RUN INTO A BAD APPLE AT THE TESTING CENTER, BUT MANAGED TO AVOID HER. i DID PASS AND HAD TO TAKE FINAL AGAIN IN TESTING CENTER, AND I PASSED. IT IS A PRETTY DECENT SCHOOL AND I AM WORKIJNG ON SECOND DEGREE.
