I was ripped of bye pti for almost 5000.00 dollars i did not get the services I was promised bye pti. I had sent them my idea and they filled me with all kinds of bull of how great it was when it was presented to there board of directors. i was moved to the next level of marketing in there crooked company. they had called almost everyday for a couple of weeks, and then as soon as they had received the money i had sent them i stopped getting updates on my idea, and i had tried calling the company everyday sometimes 4-8 times a day for months, I left countless messages and still have not heard anything from those crooks and its been about a year since I first contacted these frauds. will I ever get my money back?

still wondering,

I would very much like to express my discontent towards the obviously narrow minded person responding to my most unsatisfactory situation. your comment almost makes no sense what so ever, i'm not even sure if you have read my report. it sounds to me that you do not know what you are talking about. I had requested this company to to all of the above which you had stated so boldly in your worthless statements. going to this company was to ensure nothing was going to get thrown back in my face. this is why i employed these crooks. other wise i would have gone straight to the company thats builds and sells the products. to the best of my knowledge this is why these companies exist. to help inventors get there products protection and help them get there idea to the industry market. So all in all i employed and payed for services that i never recieved. where i come from when you pay for some thing and do not recieve it, 9 times out of 10 you get your money back. you must work for these low low forms of people which in all reality makes you just like them. thus ends this lesson thanks for you very insightful and knowledgable comment. Do us all a favor and do your homework next time and then maybe you will have something usefull to tell us. VERG.

(1) No. (2) Hell No, unless Hell remains well below 32F for an entire year! Patent ideas must be SEARCHED first, because somebody, sometime, somewhere, somehow, may have had the same idea or a FUNCTIONALLY SIMILAR idea before you ever got your brainstorm. You pay $1000 for a professional search (unless you can do it for yourself) and with few exceptions many prior patents, aka "prior art", will be found. Some will be offbase but one or two could be veerrryyyy close to your idea. Now after you get the patents found in that $1000 professional search, you will have the information to decide if you should proceed... and you must be very honest with yourself so that you do not waste $5000 to $15000 on a patent application that has NO chance, because.... If you DO file a patent application, the examiner WILL throw those patents found in the preliminary search right in your face... and YOU must provide a written explanation as to WHY those prior patents DO NOT, IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, FUNCTION, or INTENT, RELATE TO YOUR APPLICATION.... in ANY way. Patented prior art will disqualify your application. Thus ends the lesson.
