Pathways Toronto Job Success The same happened to me.... Toronto, Ontario Canada
I was in to meet with "Stephen" the VP for Job Success now Toronto Pathways. It's almost like being sold a timeshare! You need to buy and need to buy now and....your lucky to have bought from US!
My experience with this company only recently is the exact same as all of those listed here:

I knew during the meeting it was a scam....i also now know why the receptionist is behind glass (for protection probably), and why their contact information is only an email address, and find it strage that I need to involve my spouse in a job interview. lol I walked out and was happy that I didn't spend $5000 but instead I spent less than $20 round trip for the go train. BEWARE of these guys and stay AWAY!!!!! I really hope my post finds vulnerable people and I hope these guys get shut down!

someone with the name of Rachel called me last friday June 1st, 2012 and was like we have your resume and would like to talk to you about it, I didnt get how exactly they got my resume. she said one of our agents or something wants to meet with you and talk about your resume.
when i asked if this is for a specific position she just tried to dodge it by saying oh we just want to go over your resume and blah blah. when i asked to have her e-mail address she said something like oh we dont use e-mails here or something strange along those lines. probably because they dont want any written proof left behind. thanks to this website i no longer have to waste my time going all the way there.
I spoke to my father about this and he said similar offer was made to him a few years ago and all they do is to put down your resume and try to trick you into signing a contract with them, in my father's case the contract was for $5000!!. they even tell you that you dont need to read the contract and you should just sign it apparently, lol. I cant believe these guys are still around.
to whoever that is in the same situation, dont go there and dont waste your money. ps. there is also a lot of others who have recieved similar calls. You can find their comments here:

I received a call from these shceisters as well. I am career searching and live 300 mile from where they are located. I get a call out of the blue based on a response I had made to an ad for employment. They make it sound like they are an effective recruiter or something.
They claimed that I had to make an appointment for them to help me. Driving 3 hours for a pitch they would not give me on the phone would have been a case for severe retaliation. I am very glad I looked it up on ripoff report.
Thanks for the warning and thanks to ROR for being a GREAT service to the consumer.
