I have known and have done business with CM Leong sinch 1997 and I am currently doing business wtih him as Sunlight Energy Systems.  His integrity and honesty is beyond reproach.  He has always exceeded my expectations and what he has promised.

The accusation of Mr. Lippa are not creditable.  I would not hesitate to do more business with CM Leong in the future.

It's confirmed CM Leong Received Shipment XPO Logistics Tracking number493433393 for what he paid for. (TRACKING LABEL ATTACHED) CM Leong agreed to make a purchase for more solar panels than this, but breached contract once he learned the sellers vendor / source. This is becoming too much of a trending problem, as many traders will attest. When revenue is accounted for then does not come - and it has ripple effects. IT's manditory to hold people to their end of the deal. Its the day of "Sellers Beware too" as many wishy washy buyers intend to partially execute a contract then cut out the seller, for their own agenda. It's a testament to one's character, to resort to libelous statements when they are firmly held to their deal, instead of waiting for the matter to be heard, fairly and openly. The matter is scheduled to be heard in court April 2018.  Like most sellers, I wish the good customers would be as energetic with positive feedback as the crazy ones are with negative flack. If you are contacted by SES Energy, go the other way, he is a cheat cloaked as a square business man. Minimally, treat him as a COD Customer and work at invoiced face value. Do not allow pre-orders or business terms. He will likely switch up on you at the last minute wreaking havoc on your operation after you acted accordingly on his comittment. THAT, is bad business. Imagine a business to business trading world, where comittments of are lacking integrity. CM Leong, your statements below have been researched, and are Libelous.

CM Leong breached contract, and reneged on his original order and comittment and is using this medium incorrectly.  CM Leong ordered 81 solar panels, but once he found the supplier name disappeared after partially paying his invoice. The partially paid and partially shipped order for solar panels was recieved at  (((REDACTED))) in Anthem AZ. The panels were shipped via XPO Logistics TRACKING 493433393. CM Leong is like the growing list of online buyers who abuse their vendors by making contracts and agreements that they do not fulfil. SES Energy and CM Leong was told on January 10, 2018 that the payment method on file would be charged, and it was. (just like any other open invoice with payment method on file, with any other company, for any other product).

On CM Leong has knowingly published false or unproven statements against the people and parties named in his posting. IF people would only own their comittments! Businesses act accordingly on the comittments of other businesses. Your words, actions and agreements are not without consequence. If you make an agreement, see it through! Do not resort to such low, and illegal, methods.  This person is claiming someone operates Pacific Tool with absolutely nothing to support it. This is absolutely false and libelous. I ask the editor of this site, to demand some supporting evidence from the author of this rebuttal.

Never completed the delivery of 28 pieces of Hyundai 350 W Solar Modules to the customer of Sunlight Energy Systems Inc and owes to date $6645.69.

In addition Zachary Lippa is also a thief that recently tried to use the banking information from my checking account (information derived from my company check to pay for the original order of 52 solar modules and also in my demand for him to reimburse me for the non delivery of solar modules)  to pay $325 of his own bills on 1/31/18.

My bank has determined that this was an unauthorized transaction  and I have also filed a Phoenix Police report on this theft of funds. See attached document.

I am sorry to see in this negative report from Zachary Lippa against another innocent individual who has been victimized by him.
