Complaint Review: Patricia D'Angelo - Somers Connecticut

This is a perfect example of how you ran your business! Once again you either dont recall who i am, or you are lying through your teeth. I returned the ring to you on Nov 30th. I am mailing yet another picture to the rip off report web site for them to post. This one will be of the postal reciept i have from returning the ring. The date clearly states Nov 30th. So no i did not wear the ring through the holidays, i complied with all of your policies, and returned the ring in time unworn! You did not mail any kind of a refund and also told me you would not charge me a restocking fee, due to all of your excuses for a late refund that never arrived! When the pictures of the emails are posted to this report including a picture of the postal reciept what excuse will you have then? How and when was that payment sent Patricia? Did you send a money order or a check? Got any proof? If you sent the refund as you stated, then why would i write you a nasty email? And why not include the whole email in a picture. You can type anything into these reports and call it an email dear. This is why i scanned everything and submitted the photos to this web site for them to add to this report. I will not update this report anymore because the pictures of the emails will explain everything. Oh and could you explain what the reasoning was behind you making all of your feedback on ebay private? Buyers beware if a sellers feedback on ebay is not viewable, DO NOT do business with them! The only reason a person hides their feedback is so a prospective buyer will not see all the negative things posted about the seller...or vice-versa. So trisha, why was your feedback private again???

I know who you are now! Why didnt you put your name in here so I could re-butt you sooner? You purchased a beautiful ring from me, yes you did! I mailed it to you on Nov. 23, 2005, I have my records right here. I had a 14 day return policy. You returned the ring back to me on Feb. 22, 2006 !!! Come on now! Did you enjoy wearing that ring for 3 months over the holidays? You are a crock!!! I even SENT you your refund, of $500 only minus the restocking fee of 15% on March 3, 2006, and you didnt even email me again until May 9,2006 to yell and threaten me about not getting your entire refund back!!! I am going to put an end to this he said/she said crap. First of all my name is not Rosanne, i do not have a daughter. There are several people in the world who share the same name. My name is Roxanne, and it looks as though you have apparently ripped off a Rosanne as well. Which makes you wrong about all the entries to this report being from one person. I have never harassed you! That would have to be Rosanne. I have only spoken the truth! And the only place i have spoke about the incident is here on this website. And something else to take note of...Just because you are no longer an active seller on ebay is no reason to do away with your screen name! After being ripped off by people like you, i have to say its been quite some time since ive done any buying or selling on ebay, but i still have my screen name. And the real reason you no longer have your screen name is because you are not allowed to sell under that screen name. Not because you were driven out of business, but because you ripped off too many people! Now i am going to post pictures of all the emails between myself and Patricia. The dates and Patricia's remarks will be highlighted. You will notice that the transaction took place around the 22 of Nov, 2005. As you read through the emails take special notice of the dates and the myriad of excuses I was told. I was more than patient. More so than the average e-bay customer. Im sure everyone will agree with me that 4 months is plenty of time to email back and forth about a refund!! I believe you will get your wish about a court date as i am working on that too. But it will be Roxanne not Roseanne who is pressing felony charges. And the amount i will be suing you for, will be way more than the refund you never sent. You will also pay for my travel expenses, time taken off of work, and anything else i can think of that the law will allow. See you soon.

I, and my family, have been harassed by the person making these reports, for a month and a half now. She is a lonely evil person with a horrible drama filled life, and she likes to keep it that way... if not for the drama and trauma, she would be sooooo empty!!! First she is 'R' from paris texas, then she is 'R' from new haven connecticut then anonymous, from southington connecticut.. Its all the same person... Yes, Malcolm is my boyfriend, but I have no idea who the lady from PA is. I would guess, as she stated, a satisfied customer, since I had many of those! I find it interesting though, if you put in the searh engine, either Rosanne Rogers, or her daughters name, Cara Rogers, it comes to this listing.. hmmmm Patricia D'Angelo is nowhere close to Rosanne or Cara Rogers... who by the way lives in South Carolina. Now, how on earth could those names be connected? Cara Rogers 4318 Lake Front Trailer Park Myrtle Beach, SC 29588 Her phone numbers are 203-439-7911 and 203-651-9319 (cara by the way has been a phone sex operator for 10 yrs now if anyone is interested) LOL By the way, the police department, and the state of Connecticut are preparting to charge these 2 people for making false reports, harassments, and destruction of property, along with internet harassments crimes... also, my daughters job is debating wether to press charges also, as they have been bothered by harassments of my daughter at work. So, think what you will, but I will gladly post the police blotters when these 2 are finally arrested... which is inevitable.

I posted the original report. Here are a few rules of thumb when buying on ebay that i had to learn the hard way. 1. Never buy from someone who has their feedback and/or the previous buyers names listed as private. If they are hiding their feedback you can bet it is because there are something in the feedback that they dont want you to see! This is a critical rule of thumb to follow when purchasing anything on ebay, period end of story. If you are an honest seller, then you want your feedback visible to everyone because it will increase your sales!! Second rule of thumb: You usually get what you pay for..in other words if the price sounds too good to be true, then its either fake or at least needs some more looking into. When you encounter a seller that falls under both catagories i have listed..Buyer beware, that is a huge red flag!!! And to clear up the rebuttal made about my report that mentions a smear campaign.... please... my life is way to busy to dedicate any of my valuable time to single out one ebay seller just for the purpose of smearing their name. Let the facts speak for themselves. The username tricia-micklovely or her real name Patricia D'angelo is not an ebay member anymore. Go there and do a search for yourself. My user name,(sycobabble) however is still listed, with feedback viewable!!! I have been a buyer and a seller on ebay for years now and you can see for yourself who is still allowed to buy and sell on that web site. And to the person who posted the comment regarding legalities of putting someones personal information online....Do you even surf the internet???? ITS DONE EVERYDAY. And for the other very helpful rebuttals,,, thank you sooo much!

Malcom aka Mick is Patricia's live in boyfriend. and the report from Pittsburg is actually a friend of hers. All bull. The person from Texas was really ripped off. that is all I have to say. Buyers beware she may be using a different name.

I was searching this site and this caught my eye because the name was familiar. Then once I recognized why I knew this name, I had to place a comment. I bought a ring from the woman mentioned in this report and I would just like to say, I would absolutely buy from her again. Her jewelry was beautiful and I had no issues with her at all. Once my ring was purchased, I received it in a timely fashion. I get compliments on my ring daily and I am sad that Patricia is no longer selling her pieces. I recommened quite a few people to her and they made out well also. This woman who made this report sounds like nothing would satisfy her, so she felt the need to lash out on someone who did nothing wrong. Now it appears she is just trying to make matters worse as she is placing more postings. Doesn't anyone find it ironic both of the user names are R? If anyone is reading this, please disregard. Patricia is a wonderful business woman and I encourage her to continue on. One more thing before I go, isn't it illegal to post someone's personal information on the internet like that? This Report is part of a smear campaign. Pure and simple.... this same person...whos name is Rosanne Lucsano, who lives in Chesire Ct. Is behind most of this Bull..as is her daughter Cara Rogers, in North Carolina. thyis report has done no harm...and is a feeble attempt. Notice how she adds family members for people to contact? Intresting isnt it? And adds... useless info that has no relation to her claims. Well... whatever.... Yawn....

Her phone numbers are 860-394-9148 it is a cell. she is moving to southington ct. on darling st. soon. her daughters number which she stays with alot is 203-630-6905 and 203-715-2371..she also uses her mothers house and phne number of 860-628-9117. She sold all of this stuff for the landlord of 64-b quality ave in somers. she also used many other names. and has ripped off alot of other people. while at my daughters house she stole money from her. if your interested in contacting her she never answers her phone but does get mail via her mother at 253 carraige dr southington. in fact if you call her mother to explain the situation to her. she may offer some help. as she bail patricia out of most everythign she gets into. i would like to remain anonymous.
