Patricia "Trish" Hout normally works in various doctors' or veterinarians' offices where she gains access to patients' social security numbers.
Hartley "Dave" Ward drifts from job to job normally floating around in a drunken stupor.
There is currently a criminal investigation being conducted in connection with at least one known identity theft case in which a long and detailed paper trail was left, leading straight to their door.
