I received an email from Rolando Blackman and Jay Moore to join the creation of Rolando Blackman Panamian Foundation. As a representative of the group and paymaster is Patrick Emmett O'Donnell with these references:
White House, Special Asst (Legislative Affairs) to President's Nixon and Ford, 1970-1976
Asst Deputy Attorney General for Legislative Affairs (Serving Under Attorneys General Richard Kliendiest and Elliott Richardson), US Department of Justice, 1973
Legal Asst to Chairman Dean Burch, Federal Communications Commission, 1969-1970
Assistant Attorney General for the District of Columbia, (Criminal Prosecution and Civil and Appellate Litigation), 1962-1969
I sent the money ( $ 104.000) from Italy at the financial Elard Assmann in Germany and I have not received my money more. I do not know if he is aware of this but more than six months ago my attorney sent a letter to him and I never received a response. Attention to these people !!!

On April 14, 2015 Mr. Blackman gave me back the money with his private funds . Therefore confirm the honesty of Mr. Blackman and the end of the relationship with Mr Patrick E. O'Donnell and Mr. Moore.
