Complaint Review: Paul Lahowetz - Bellevue Nebraska

I am an ex-coworker of Paul Lahowetz when he worked at Miller Distributing. I now work at the Douglas County Courthouse so I found that it pretty ironic to come accross this report about someone I used to know. Since I work at the courthouse I took the liberty of taking a look at this case. Even though I have never met the ex-wife, I do find that her comments were accurate. I also found out some information I didn't know. Paul Lahowetz was found guilty for tresspassing, and a garnishment from the place I used to work. We all remembered when he was served by the sheriff at Miller Distributing and when he "freaked" out about being served. In the state of Nebraska, all divorce records are part of the public record. This action was settled in court. She has agreed that her and her lover/ boss has not been following the decree and trying to force payments that SHE is not intitled to. If she was such a concerned individuale why will she not follow the decree as it is stated, why is she keeping her son from access of his father ( as stated in the decree)? Why dose she continue puting our son in the middle of arguments so he has to choose sides? The fact that this is on a web site and she can not give me the bills as she is soppost to, says what kind of person she is.
