Warning - if you are looking to BUY a business or SELL a business, DO NOT USE PAUL OLSEN of COMPANY BROKER. Paul is a sociopathic liar, who will misrepresent your business, falsify P&L documents to potential buyers, and will leave YOU holding the bag. I'm amazed that this jerk isn't behind bars right now. Paul will lie. He will use the documents you give him against you. He is a horrible communicator, with his written communication being on par with that of a mentally challenged 3rd grader. Worst of all, he is fradulent. He will lie, cheat, steal, etc to "earn" his commission. If you are looking at buying or selling a business, I would strongly recommend you steer clear of Paul Olsen and his business, Company Broker.
