Paul did a bank securities bond fraud scam against me and stole over $216,000.00 from me. Paul is con artist and thief this a warring don't be a fool and do business with Paul or any business he is with. His nice kind personality is how he tricks you in order to steal from you - watch out and don't buy it.
Here is what he did to me: Paul is not a license securities investment adviser but he illegally offer me a bank securities investment. 1st Paul told me to send over $216k his attorney brother Bart Ring located. Bart law firm is in Woodland Hills California.
I sent my money with the understanding they were using my money to buy a SBLC bond They money was sent for them to buy the SBLC bonds but after many months I found they were lying, they never bought a bond and they never returned my money.
I told Paul and his brother Bart to return my money but they would not take calls. Then Bart had attorney at his law firm send me a treating letter to stop my legal action against Paul and his Brother Bart. I told that attorney to go to hell and that I am seeking to have Paul arrested for bank and securities fraud.
