Paychex Inc The 401K Nightmare Nationwide
For three months we have been trying to transfer the employee's money to our new 401K provider. Apart from gouging us $1,200 to leave them, they have diliberatly stalled the transfer of our employee's funds.
I am seriously considering legal action.
