Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

In just the past six weeks, my wife has been receiving harassing phone calls from a 1-850-290-7082 number. These people have called her job, they have called her ex husband, they have called her ex husband's mother. They are threatening my wife with legal action as well as threatening to come to her job. So I called the phone number they left which was 1-866-281-0419 and a woman answered and identified herself as Pam Stewart. The woman spoke plain english and claim she was with Payday Mobility and that they were calling in regards to an alleged unpaid loan of $800.00 that my wife had taken out back in 2013. My wife has never even heard of this company much less ever done business with them. They had all her personal information and said they were building a case against her. They tried saying my wife had been notified numerous times in the past which is a lie, they only recently started calling in the past six weeks. I asked them to provide us with that case information and they flat out refused saying "sir, we've already provided her with that information in the past and the only time she'll get this information again is when she either goes to court or settles this matter outside of court with us." I told them she had not made any loan with them and this was clearly a case of fraud and identity theft and their response was that that was not their problem or responsibility, she still owes them the rest of the $600.00 of the $800.00 She supposedly made and defaulted on. They then went on to clarify that they are not responsible for any fraud or identity theft issues because they are protected under the Consumer Fiannual Protection Act as well as by law enforcement. I hung up and called back and spoke with another Payday Mobility loan agent named Mark Allen and he stated the same thing as the woman before him had. This is outright fraud and identity theft by Payday Mobility. My wife has done no business with these people and has never even heard of Payday Mobility before now. These people have not called her in the past or sent anything whatsoever in the mail or email. I asked them repeatedly to provide us with the case information and each time they flat out refused to do that. I have reported them with the BBB, FTC, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as well as to local authorities and the FBI. We want these people stopped, and we want a stop put to their fraudulent allegations, harassment and threats.
