i applied for a payday loan with this company online for $200.00. I got an application number, but no response to whether it was approved or not. i faxed all the information they wanted, costing me $16.00. included with these documents was a pay back check for $250.00, which, because of their lack of response to my emails, i had to put a stop payment on this check, costing me $30.00. to satisfy my problem with this application and company, i want all documents mailed back to me, and refund of the $46.00 i payed for all fees i've had to pay to cancel this application.

I am quite sure that is the company I had the major hassle with a couple of years ago, and they operate under several similar names. Avoid these people like the plague. They are vultures. Forget getting an email back. I filed a complaint against them with the Carson City BBB because they more than once debited our account several days early. The guy that called me back was very angry with me. When I told him that he left me no choice because he didn't respond to the emails, he told me that they "didn't have enough staff" to answer emails. I strongly suggest that you have your bank change your account number, if feasible to do so. You don't know for sure who has your information.
