 Michael Crawford at payoff911.com called me and told me he could get me mortgage applications. Basically told me he had a telemarketing department that would call individuals for a mortgage refinance and they would set an appointment with them. I was very hesitant at first and verified his business with a company called maverak funding that supposedly was doing business with him. It made me feel more comfortable so i decided to go ahead with the order. On July 16th I ordered 10 appointments from Michael Crawford and his sidekicks Natasha Henderson and Joe Porter. July 24 i was told they were still putting a list together for them to start calling but nothing happened. July 26 received an email from Micheal Crawford and Joe Porter saying they would start my lead appointments on Monday they had to make some changes to the list they were calling. Tuesday July 30th 2013 sent him this email, Hi Joe, I did not hear from you today. I take my business very serious and when someone tells me they are going to get a campaign rolling I do expect it to happen. I understand we had a list change and owning a telemarketing company in the past I know it does not take very long. I have read complaints about your company on ripoff report and because I spoke with your referral and they said you guys were reliable I was hoping to get that. Are you in the office every day? It is very concerning that i do not get emails back from you for days. I do not want to start off on the wrong foot but when I send a company $400.00 for a trial run i expect good service in return. I expect we are going to get some applications rolling today or i will be forced to ask for the $400.00 back to place in other areas of advertising. Seeing i normally do not work with companies who solicit me it is understandable why this is already getting frustrating. If i do not get an application today I would like a refund in the amount of 400.00 to be returned into my paypal account. 10 Minutes later i get an email from Michael Crawford saying here you go and he gives me a lead appointment. The appointment set date was crossed out and set for a new date? Called the client and they did not qualify because of credit score. 2 minutes later i get an email from Michael Crawford saying here you go and its another lead that is set for 2 days later. Call the customer and the customer says he has a loan modification and can not refinance. Then i get this email from Natasha Henderson Let me introduce myself – I have been with Michael for over 10 yrs. consistently even when I have worked full time with other companies – I started as a Marketer to Receptionist to Processor to Lead Processor and my final position is being his Personal Assistant. I have helped resolve many complicated, adverse situations with loans – funding – underwriting – sales – customer service – leads – assurance and quality and most effectively keep our customers ultimately satisfied and content with our product. I have spoken with Michael and Joe/Christina to find out your area’s you are licensed in as well as the issue at hand and how many appointments you are owed. I have spoken with both in detail and I am here to help and resolve the issue and the solution I hope would to keep you aboard and continue the success we value to share with you. Please address YOUR concerns and issues as well as any feedback you would like to add. I am here until 9 PM tonight and throughout this week as well. I have marketers calling in your area today so I am safe to assume I myself or my marketers will be producing leads for specifically you by weeks end if not sooner. I will be keeping track of all leads and their status of your leads as well as I would like you to keep my contact information and anytime you have any questions or concerns or any ideas – please feel free to call me either on my office phone or my personal cell as well as email or text. I have mortgage leads who are in the process of refinancing who I haven’t made contact with to verify the quality of the ins side of it – I can send you some of those leads so you may try and make contact with them and it wouldn’t be counted against the leads owed but something I like to offer to you…….please let me know if you would like to be aboard and by this week I assure you there will be leads for specifically you and verified and expecting your call back. August 5th 2013 Natasha Henderson from Payoff911.com sends me 12 so called reheats that are old leads that nobody was ever able to get a hold off lol. Nice gesture but i want my real appointments that i was told a guaranteed to close 1 loan out of 10 or they would give me 5 more. August 8th 2013 I sent Natasha Henderson this email: How are my leads coming along? I'm trying to be as patient as i can and if I do not get some fresh leads by this 7pm this evening I would like my money returned. Hopefully you understand. August 9th 2013 I get an email from Michael Crawford saying here is a free lead that was again old and did not qualify for a mortgage. August 9th 2013 Michael Crawford from payoff911.com sends me another email and says here is a lead for you and again it did not qualify and the date was crossed out on the bottom and changed only saying to me that it was an old lead that nobody ever got a hold of. So we called the borrower and the lady says she already refinanced and her closing was today lol..... Sept 3rd 2013 asked what is going on with our leads and of course Natasha Henderson at payoff911.com Micheal Crawford at payoff911.com for my money back. Sept 5th 2013 another email from me to Micheal Crawford, Natasha Henderson, and Joe Porter Hey Michael, I've been more then patient with you and feel it is time to call it a day with you guys. Please let me know how you want to take care of paying us back the 400.00 we spent for the 10 applications/appointments. I received a total of 4 and all of them did not qualify because of credit, loan modifications and basically to say it nicely they were complete garbage. The reheats were a nice gesture but again complete garbage and a way to hold us off from filing a complaint. I'm very disappointed with your service and you should have never taken on new business if you knew that you could not fulfill the order in a timely manner. I do not want any more of your leads and would like my money returned asap. thank you, Sept 10th 2013 after phone calls and more emails i send this email to them. Please send my money back via paypal to [email protected] 400.00. If expect it back in my account before 5pm today. I called all of their cell phones today and believe it or not Natasha Henderson actually picks up the phone and tells me she can't do anything about it and she has put in a request for my refund through their HR department. Brian, I have been out of the office since last Tue due to my health and unable to return at this time. I am following up with you only due to the fact is I want you to know I personally sent the refund request to the HR personnel that handles it. After a submission it's out of my hands. I have done everything I am able to do for you within the means of the company I am employed with. I'm sorry I wish I could do more for you at this point however I am unable to! So pretty much Payoff911.com is a complete ripoff i has my 400.00 dollars.
