If you gave paypal info, bank info, or any other personal information, you need to reset your passwords with Paypal, close your bank accounts and open new ones, and run a virus scan on your computer. The email was 'Phishing' for your personal info. You didn't pay for a phone, they are counting on the fact that the normal person will use the 'DISPUTE' link in the email to dispute the purchase. That's how they get your money!! Plus, it also drops a virus on your computer that records your keystrokes when logging into your bank accounts, credit cards, etc... Better get moving and cancel everything, call Paypal and tell them to put a fraud alert on your account.
