Paypal refuse to release funds when buyer has recieved the item Los Angeles california
sold an item on ebay the person recieved it. tried 2 call them so they can release the funds the first representitive hung up the phone on me. i called again and was told that i would have 2 wait 3 days for the release. know paypal is making interest of other people money what a sacm.
