This website states that they are Microsoft Gold certified and according to MS they are not. They sold me a pirated/bogus copy of MS office 2010. The ID that comes with the program is for another product according to MS, and it will not unlock it. I contacted MS and their fraud dept. states that the product is pirated. I have tried to contact the seller about this several times, but I get no reply.

You can never reach these people by phone or E-mail, they have a supposed chat link on their site that never connects. Stay away from these guys, and if you bought anything from them that is MS related and isn't what they claim, contact MS and the FBI to inform them that they sold you defective and or a pirated product.

 Your "rebuttal" to save your butt doesn't hold a whisper of truth. No soon did you rip me off through your regular front then you began sending me "special coupon" offers to get a-hold of more of my hard earned money. Ya gotta lot of nerve posting your "rebuttal" but why should that surprize me when you try to lure a buyer into a second fraud.  You're disgusting.

Seller received very fast and accurate support from both our Live Chat operators and Telephone support agents. Seller was very hostile and used profanity towards our support agents. In addition, the seller contacted their bank to initiate a chargeback the same day of purchase. We always strive to provide the best customer service possible and have 24 hour support. Please keep in mind that our company reputation is extremely important and have no toleration for
