PC Optimizer Pro signed up but unable to get in contact with anyone online or at the number they provided.Need to cancel before they charge my account the next fee.PLS HELP! internet internet
I purchased product in an effort to fix my grandaughter's laptop. Used credit card on line with option to cancel at anytime or a yearly fee of 14.99 will be assessed /due on 03/15 beginning next year. Product contained virus and was removed by spyware agent. Attempts to contact customer service on phone have failed as well as online. I am at a loss as to what to do to remedy this situation. Please help!

Hello I hope this helps you can charge back your card if you call your credit card company and remove this software right away its a scam not a geunine company watcha youtube video on it and you'll see its a fake and a fraud dont use it ever. If you need help removing it contact me please I can guide you.
