I just saw the ripoff report of case number 671209 and had the exact same thing happen to me but it was dated on my bank statement as having to pay 12/20/2010. I paid the initial 79.95 and they took off waht apparently was on my computer. I tried to access the program to scan my computer a day later and found that the program was non-existent. I have not called the company and it seems that the pcbug repair website i cannot access as of 4/22/2011. I thought this was an odd thing because i could not find the program and was wondering what the heck happened. I have not be reinbursed for my 79.95 and plan on following up with this immediately now that i know it has happened to many other people. Any suggestions on how to get my money would be greatly appreciated.

I just spoke to a represenative and they told me i would be getting a email confirmation for request for refund from pcbug-repair. They said that it would take 7 business days to get my refund back and i told them i would call back if i did not get it. We will see what happens, but im going to be persistent in getting my money back. Thanks to ripoff reports i found the information to find this company because i cannot get into the website for some reason, the main website that is.
