Here is yet another Internet Scam Artist selling software. When you arrive at the website, you are met with compelling, inviting images and a banner that says "Trust Starts Here" and also "Proud Members of the Microsoft Partner Network". It's a ruse; don't fall for it; they are slick "Bait and Switch" artists.
I was looking for Microsoft Office and the price seemed right. The ad said 1 PC version for $59.99, so I bought it. When I received it, I found out that it was not a PC version, it was a "Cloud Version" and I didn't want a cloud version, I wanted the PC version. There was nothing in the ad that said it was a cloud version, it was a complete surprise. I immediately contacted the company for a refund and found out that their "Policy" is no refunds on software; that too is suspiciously absent from their ad; it's burried amongst the fine print. This is by design.
I told the company that the software was mis-advertised. I never activated the software and that they should advertise the software as a "Cloud Version" with "No Refunds" up front so that customers know exactly what they are getting themselves into. Of course they wont do that, because they want to steer you into making a "One-Way Purchase". Now they have your cash, you don't and you might have purchased something you don't want. Oops, too bad.
Finally, I was told by the company that they would refund my money with the stipulation that there would be a 20% restocking fee, which I thought was unfair, since there is no handling of any merchandise.
It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund.
Look at the reviews. They are all 99.9999% 5 Star. That in itself is suspicious.
I will never purchase from this company ever again.
Run away from this "Bait and Switch" company... they are sneaky and slick; not a good combination.
