PCDI HEATING & AIR COURSE NO STUDY MATERIALS, NO PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY. ripoff NORCROSS Georgia
I enrolled in the pcdi heating and air course I done 9 lessone ran out of materials they finally sent me enough materials to do lesson 10 and 11 after finally getting someone to return my e-mails, and at this point and time I have no text to study to send in answers to lessons 12 through 19
so I've tried contacting them via us mail, e-mail etc, no luck all I get is the run around, and I find this so called school very un-professional and a total waste of time the study materials they send are in my point of view a waste of time and very elementary.
so all I want "know" is my money back I'm sick of trying to communicate with these people its impossible to get any answers or text to get me going again after approx. a 6 week wait on materials and I still don't have them.so I'm done with this mess i've lost interest and hope.
so I would not recommend this school to anyone anywhere, after reading all the complaints on the school I see posted I now see I got scamed and wasted my time effort and money these people need a class action law suite filed against them and put them totally out of business.
