To make a long story short, i started doing the medical billing courses. after completing group lession 1 & 2, and finding out that without experience (in my location) you wont make more than $8 to start if u can even get hired. so i decided to cancel...in november i spoke to a rep. who imformed me it would cost the full balance of $541.00, so that it would be in my best interest to keep doing the program and catch-up on my payments. i told her that doesnt seem right...blah, blah, blah. so they just kept calling me for$$...so i wrote them a letter to cancel, and the part of the user agreement where under a year you pay a percentage of completion plus some "bullshit" fee...so 2day i get a letter from a collection agency for 541.00. i plane on write the letter to dispute. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO??
and on the letter in bold prin "when you enrolled in your course, you signed an agreement whitch stated you would be responsible for the tuition, or portion there of", i admit i might owe a portion but not the whole 541.00 for 2 lessions completed and i have the 3rd book in my bedrm collecting dust. I not paying for something i did not do
