PCDI ripoff cashed my check, but didn't credit it! Norcross Georgia
Sent out my payment, even sent the extra $5.00 late fee, just in case. Just recieved a statement notifying me, that my account is past due, and would be forwarded to their collection dept.
I know they got the payment, because I already have the canceled check. When I called them today, after being on hold forever, they informed me that by some miracle, they tracked it down. The reason for not crediting my account, was, "there wasn't a student number on the check, therefor, it was placed in misc. department". Didn't have a problem cashing this mysterious check tho. Did they think it was a private donation for a job well done? Ah, sorry guys, my number was on the check, I have the canceled one, remember? Thanx for letting me vent. Next time I might just sue them for petty theft.
