PCH.COM Publishers clearing house My wife spends hours on this web site, they give her hopes of winning, she buys items from them, it's a scam Washington Nationwide
As everyone knows PCH is out to make money, they give all these hopes to people such as your a winner or imminent winner, or someone with your initials in your city or neighborhood is a winner, even to point ,they say we are in contact with your local media, gonna pick up flowers at your local florist, who they name,and be ready for Prize patrol any time...
THIS IS ONLY TO GET FOLKS TO BUY THERE MAGAZINES OR AS SEEN ON TV PRODUCTS...
WELL THATS NOT RIGHT ESP. WHEN ELDERLY PEOPLE READ THIS AND GET HIGH HOPES..
THEY SHOULD HANDLE THIS IN OTHER WATS, NOT GIVE FALSE PRETENSES TO UNEDUCATED OLDER AMERICANS....
ITS NOT FAIR OR MORALLY RIGHT...

So youre going to sit there and tell us that old people are uneducated?? I find that to be INCREDIBLY rude. The elderly may get confused a bit easier, but they KNOW how to read. I think your being overly critical as its like ANY contest. Odds of actually winning are very very slim to none.

I have been using the PCH website for years, and NEVER have purchased a thing. Why? Because eveery "drawing" they have, it clearly states that no purchase is required to be entered into the contests. I have seen all the emails and none of them have guarenteed that I won anything. Yes, I see the initials thing, the flowers thing and the media thing, but if you ACTUALLY READ the emails, it clearly states that you haven't won anything yet.
Sure, I think it would be nice to win $1 million a year for life or $5000 a week for life, but I know my chance of actually winning is slim to none. The problem lies where people think they are going to win. Your chance of winning with PCH is about as good as winning the PowerBall or Megamillions. Don't fall into thinking you are guaranteed to win! It's that simple. No ripoff here.
