I bought a transmission from this company through Ebay. It looked like they had a great reputation from the feedback that was received. I went ahead and ordered it. Everything was perfect until I put it in. The trans arrived a week and a half late. It was filthy dirty and had fallen off the pallet. When I put it in the transmission went for a few miles and I then had to have it towed to a local shop. I called and spoke to Paul (Manager I think) and told him that I brought it into a repair shop and that it would be around ~$750.00 to fix the transmission. They would not pay to fix the piece of junk that they sent to me.
They claim it to be tested, but in no way was a test sheet or other proof of this sent. These guys do not have a nationwide warranty, or at least do not honor it, either way it is useless, just like the transmission. Save yourself time, buy a transmission elsewhere, or buy one here and have it rebuilt again locally. STAY AWAY, please feel free to email and I will be more than happy to give you more info on this place.
Their advertising is false and the quality of the product is at best horrible. They claim I kept the transmission to donate with the car??? What kind of person would donate a car they just spent over $1200.00 and get nothing back. This is their way of trying to cover up what really happened. Call another local REPUTABLE company if you need transmission work done!!!

WE have checked our records--We have never sent a Transmission to the city -- SPRINGFIELD, ILL at all. We also checked our records for a customer with first name of James or Jim--none found in that state at all--no trans ever sent there. The customer that we said wanted to donate car was a customer in UTAH__named DOUG DEBOIS--WE HAVE A E-MAIL AND LETTER FROM THIS CUSTOMER STATING HE WANTED TO DONATE HIS TRUCK TO THE KIDNEY FOUNDATION BUT NOT RETURN THE TRANS. WE WILL GLADLY SEND ANYONE INTERESTED--A COPY. WE DO NOT KNOW THIS PERSON--HE IS MAKING FALSE CLAIMS, OR USING FALSE INFO AND NAME!!!!!!!WHY LIE?????
