If your AC is on the blink don't call Peachtree Protective Services. They will try to sell "new" equipment that you don't need, promise you appointments for work but never show up on time, lie to you when they will be there or when they have ordered a part, and do not take any messages you leave to the dispatcher. Beware of these folks. All they care about is the bottom line. When my service contract expires, trust me I'll be sure to look up another firm.
