Pedro Graciano Nicole Gonzales Took Cash Deposit for Fence Building and Absconded Vancouver or Longview Internet
Pedro seemed like a decent guy, was going to pick up the materials I paid for and install a new fence. I gave him $250.00 cash for a partial labor charge up front as most other companies were asking the same. He kept dragging out picking up the materials and vstating he was visiting the Home Depot but they didn't have the order ready. Gave him another $100.00 for gas and time.
After that and an additional 2 weeks of non-work he basically took off with my money and after some texts stated he would repay me on/or about a certain date. When that date passed with no response, I texted him again but to no avail. He passes himself off as an artisan not a contractor and states he works as a welder full time. He comes in a black SUV with WA plates that usually his girlfriend/wife is driving.
