Pegasus Satellite TV ripoff Committed several acts of fraud against me/us with our credit card, A company rooted in evil and fraud. Marlborough Massachusetts
Pegasus is a company rooted in evil and fraud. They have TWICE committed acts of fraud against us in the state of New Mexico where we had their service in 2002-2003.
They charged our credit card for cancelling their service after we had completed our service contract with them and paid all of our monthly bills and fees. Upon cancelling the service after a full year of service there should not be any penalty for cancellation of the service if we have fulfilled our one year of service (which we did). Now they claim they "may" review the error and attempt to resolve the matter in a few weeks. They have violated their own service agreement.
Their customer service department should be renamed "customer irritation" department since we have attempted to gain resolution to our problem now for over 60 days without any success.
Pegasus is a complete fraud.
