Pegasus ripoff dishonest and fraudulent billing, they kept raising my bill Marlborough Massachusetts
I cancelled my pegasus account because they kept raising my bill. When I called to cancel, the customer service rep said they would send me out Pre-Paid Boxes, to send the receivers back to them in.
I waited for almost a month, & never received the boxes. Then I get a Bill from Pegasus for $300, saying we owed them for the receivers. I called them, & told them I never received the boxes from them. They said they would send the boxes to us that day.
10 days later I finally received the pre-paid boxes from them. I sent the Receivers out to them the next morning UPS.
When I was checking my balance on my checking account, which I do every Friday , I Noticed I had been billed two debits of $150.00, Totaling $300.00. I called the bank & found that Pegasus had taken the $300.00, from My checking account without my knowledge.
I then called Pegasus, who informed me that they allowed to take the money from my account, because they didnt receive the receivers in a timely fashion. The lady said that I should have went & bought boxes to send the receivers back to them. I was previously told that I was to send the receivers back to them in the Pre-Paid boxes they were sending me.
I have confirmation from UPS that the Receivers have been delivered to them, & now they still will not give me my $300.00 back. I have called & talked to the Superviser, & was informed that according to the user agreement, they have the right, to take my money. But that is not what the User agreement says.
I paid all my monthly bills on time, I owe them nothing, & have nothing of theirs, but they still refuse to refund my money.
