Pelcan Bay Apartments new owner ship. look else where, these building used to be low in come but have fancied them up. New ownership seems to be working double time getting rid of senior citizens. be ware, look elsewhere Panama City Florida
Please dont fall for the oh so kind salesman for Pelecan Bay Apartments. Panama City Fl. I have lived here almost 3 yrs. A 20 yr old boy who lives with his mother, who is hardly ever home, has harrassed me to the point I feel Im going insane. taps on the floor, rocks rocking chair on squaky board. throws pennys on the floor one at a time. thrown rocks at my car. the list goes on and on. I called the police till they didnt even want to show up but always did. I contacted my landlandy, who seemed to think the best answer is to wear ear plugs and turn on a fan.
A little of this can go a long ways, but its been 7 months now. 3 days ago, he figured out how to send Raid (bug spray) into my apartment. the whole apartment was misty like. he did this 3 times, first 2 i ran out and then opened windows and turned on fan. last time, i was asleep. I am surprised it didnt kill me, and not sure if it wont. I am coughing up bright yellow musus with bubbles in it. My BM also is this odd color of yellow. I flipped my wig on the last one, but somehow got arrested for sitting in my front yard like I always do and take pictures at night of the sky. I have a little bb gun that I set in my lap. loose dogs scare me. The police roughed me up like they had just grabbed the bank robber. I was never so scared in my life. Dont take a chance on moving her. The aprtmants were build in 1970 and is considederd updated fire code. This was low income housing that has been bought and bought again, each one making promises, that have no intention of keeping.
My apartment is just beautiful with big sqare light tan tiles, white wall, wood blinds. nice appliances. free cable and free bug spray every month. Sounded like a deal to me too. I can see the bay down the stree about 2 blocks. I really love this place, and they just dont care, Im too old. yes, thats what they told me. that I needed a smaller place and someone to keep an eye on me. implying i was crazy. while I admit the stuff the kid does is really wacko, I dont understand why it all came down on me, except I was making complaints/
there are lots of cute little places all around panama city. but jmo, dont look for apart on line, they dont show the better priced. Be careful my friend.s
