Penn Foster college They don't understand financial hardship and the professors aren't professional. They don't care if you can't provide for yourself and have to drop classes. They don't listen and just want their money and really aren't worth anything. Scranton Pennsylvania
This school claims to be certified and that they work well with students. The people there can't help you and don't know what each department is about. If you live in the west coast you can't teach anyone after 6 Eastern time and the instructor's don't answer your messages and close assingments so you can't see your peers discussions.
Also, money wise they suck. They send the main book you need towards the end of the course, noone contacts you for the externship part and when you say you are having financial issues and yes they have helped but when you can't do it anymore they have no heart. I understand they want their money but I just replaced my AC and I haven't eaten in 3 days.
They will send me to collections and I will fight tooth and nail the amount owed and get to the top and speak to the head of the school. Please, don't enroll in this school.
