Penn Warranty Corp. giving the run around Brocton, New York
Car warranty purchsed with the purchase of vehicle in summer of 09.Driving home from work Sept.'10 and car died. Had car towed to local garage/After 3 weeks Penn Warranty agreed to pay the garage $1251.11. The garage would not do the work for that price they were going to charge me an additional $1500.00.
I found a mechanic at another garage who agreed to do the job for the $1251.11.I called Penn Warranty to see if it was ok to move the car they assured us there would be no problem.When the new mechanic called them they said they would only pay $900.00. This is where we are continuing to fight with them and my car has been down for 6 weeks.
