People PC - Earthlink Lets you sign up but never OFF ripoff San Fransico California
People PC will let you sign up for a free trial BUT will NEVER let you OFF the payment schedule.
I tried the "free" trail and canceled a month later because they have poor service and connection.
They continued to charge me. Now they take money from my debit account AND bill me! They claim they arent charging me but its on my bank statement. They refuse to give me back 6 months of fees they charged AFTER I canceled!
What a rip off!
Customer service takes an hour to reach and then they cant speak english well enough to help you!
Stay away from PEOPLE PC!!
