Complaint Review: People Verified - Internet

People Verified mistreat customers by dodging unauthorized transactions claims. After I submit a claim for such, they said that it was refunded which was a lie. A month later, I'm still fighting with their customer service. My name is Anton iliev and my phone number is 5 years old. Their service shows Rosetta Marcello for the same number !? Same thing with my wife's phone number. That was the main reason after the $1-week trial to not renew their service. Instead, they put in under my PayPal account as pre-approved/recurring payment. I cancelled it immediately and closed my account. No matter how many times I call them, they always respond that a refund was made by PayPal which was a complete lie. I had to open a claim with my financial institution to hold them responsible for this fraud. Stay away from this company and their services.

The main reason people would use such service is to protect themselves from scammers at Craigslist etc. As you can see, it is completely unreliable and provides false information, so you are wasting your money and time on this bogus "service".
