Peoples Credit First Rip Off fraudulent billing for Platinum Low Interest Rate Credit Cards Tampa Florida
To Whom It may Concern
Peoples Credit First Contacted me this July 1st week of 2002, phone call very polite. Offering low interest credit card rate of 0% first year and 7.9% after the 1st year. They had mailed a 3X5 card in the mail with their mailing address and offer.
July 4th, 2002 I had written them a check for $45.00 dollars from my Bank Of America checking account. They had requested a check in the mail if not Visa over the phone. The following months I did not recieve my visa in the mail and could not find the correct websight and had lost the address. Check was cashed immediatley July 16th, 2002. I have a copy of the check and would like to know where to file the document to be of valid evidence,against the company for my money back.
This is the first time that I have been victimized from a fraudulent credit company. You wonder what this country is and the small business and individuals that have to be victims of these exasperating companies. These people are making so much money stealing you wonder where our legal rights are in these situations?
Could you please follow up with information on which I should follow through a procedure of requesting an investigation of this company? This was a very bad experience and the first time. I would like to file a formal complaint in the state of Florida to Fraud Alert!
