I signed up for PeopleSmart because we have unwanted tennants in our home and I was needing a background check, it was a 7 day free trial, then if you decide to keep using it they charge your card. I used it once and cancelled in the same night, well, low and behold, it was not cancelled even though i have an email confirming that it is, PLUS they have charged my card $39.95. I didn't find anything on there that I didn't already know about these people. This is one of the biggest scams I have come across. They are out of Nebraska, have an email address in contacts, but no phone number, and I can see why now, they would be spending ALL day on the phone with irate customers. Don't get sucked in by the 7 day free trial thing or your pocketbook will be short. I never receive an email from a person its always automated, and I've written them several times wanting my money back, I guess I can kiss that goodbye!!!!
