peoplesmart.com Inflection LLC (dba PeopleSmart.com) Misleading information regarding the "Free Trial" Sacramento, California
The PeolpleSmart.com "Free Trial" offer is a rip-off. They advertise for you to be able to search information but as soon as you type in the name of a person you are looking for, they consider it a "Background Report" and charge you the full membership price. Nowhere in the "Free Trial" does it tell you what the services of the "Free Trial" are. Apparently the "Free Trial" covers only things that you can get from an everyday common internet search that are free from several sites. Please don't waste your time with this service, or any other service that offers a "Free Trial" because nothing is every "Free"

Hi, PeopleSmart offers a variety of reports, from basic contact information reports to full background checks. When you purchase any report, you have the option of signing up for a seven-day free trial membership, which you can cancel at any time in that period to avoid a charge. The free trial is for our basic membership, which includes unlimited people searches (for information like addresses and phone numbers), reverse address and email address look-ups, and the option to purchase more detailed reports as needed.
