Pep boys Over charging then lowering price by 300 after they got caught San antonio Texas

Pep boys on bandera road in San Antonio practices robbing people by trying to stal money by over charging for parts. Online you couldn't find a water pump for more that 200 top of the line and they tried to charge my wife 700 after questioning they admitted they do that and see if the custome knows anything about cars then will lower the price
