A team of lawyers are providing pro bono (free) time to military returning from The Gulf and facing any type of issues -- residency, employment, taxes, bills/collections, etc. This story of the group of lawyers was reported by Fox10 News in Phoenix. Please contact them or contact the US Marine's Phoenix Reserve Center for more information.

That's against the law.

I would make people aware of this. It's against the law. If an employee has military duty, and the employer is made aware of this, it's illegal to fire or punish an employee for doing his duty.
